Has your Home or Business ever been broken into?

If so, please share your story.  I thought that this could be an interesting thread and others might benefit.

Not personally been broken into but we got alarms & security lights when a neighbour was burgled
It happened on a sunday morning around 7:30 2 intruders broke in to the house he came down stairs confronted the 2 and ended up getting stabbed.
The police arrived 5 mins later and searched area they even got the helicopter & police dogs but did not find the pair
The neighbour was ok though

Yeah!!! Prevention is better than cure. We must take the necessary precautions to save our home from the burglars. Now  a days there are lot of safety products are available in market for the home security. We can select one of them which satisfy our security needs .
