Even if you spend a reasonable rate for a good home security service and not done with certain basic things (like the overgrown shrubbery, unkept yard, visibility of your apartment in the dark) which can be a clear invitation for the burglars and all the resources that you have spent can be a waste.

Well, homes without security systems are three times more likely to be burglarized than homes with a security system.  Of the homes that are burglarized:

  • 34% gained access through front door
  • 23% gained access through a first floor window
  • 22% through a back door
    • 9% through garage
So, when you purchase an alarm system, you only need 4 sensors.  A lot of the security companies will try and get you to purchase more than 4 but as you can see from the statistics, you only need 4.  My recommendation, would be to purchase a security system from yourself.  There is a company, that I have joined, called SkyGuard360, that has come out with a security company, marketing a upgraded, wireless home security system, with no credit checks and no contracts.  Monthly monitoring fees as low as $29.97/month.  You can even market this system to renters.  Your monitoring fee also includes a $1million dollar, identity theft protection plan.  You make $6/month from your own monitoring fee every month and any personal sales you make.  If you would like more information, please take a look at my site: http://www.homesecurityincome.com
