There are a number of MD at the office and we are getting false alarms for no reason. Some of the detectors have a red light that activates when someone moves in front of them. Some however have the light but it does not flash at all. (these are the ones falsing) Is this normal to have a light and not have it work? The alarm guy says that they are turned off, I am not 100% convinced this is true. Why would you have a light and not have it work? Is that not how you kind of know they are working? Any of you experts out there toss your opinion in here as I would appreciate it.

Hi, False Alarms are an important issue. They result in false emergency dispatches and hence there will be no help in case we have a real emergency. There are affordable alarms which can be customized. They check for the honesty of the situation so that we don't have to worry about the issues caused by false alarms.
