Hello fellow Security conscious people,
I thought it would be relevant to produce a post for you on home security this Christmas.
You know how we all get so wrapped up with security advice and products, it gets confusing for the many, but if we just applied and implemented some core basics  ?now? it would be the greatest help that you could give yourself and greatly reduce the risk of you becoming another statistic through complacency, As we all know its unfortunately a sad thing that crime, especially burglary, goes through the roof during the festive season, it?s a time when everyone likes to kick back and enjoy their families and friends, a time to forget about the stress of work, ?time to relax?, the last thing on our minds is personal security, but please remember to always be security conscious even more so at Christmas. You can apply some really basic security measures and can prevent your home attracting unwanted visitors this Christmas, a few tips for the newbie?s to security awareness and a refresher for the experienced; Never be security complacent and Never Assume it won?t happen to you, be prepared by removing the risk of your property being targeted by burglars and thieves alike, simple measures, during winter season always remember to draw the curtains on your property if it is vacant when you leave for work, set timers so certain lights come on at dusk in the event you don?t return until the dark hours, do not leave gifts presents on display under the tree if it is possible for strangers to view through your window with no effort, ?a terraced house with no garden for example?, never leave items on display, always make sure front door is locked, same rule also applies to your vehicle, again never assume, if you take the risk of leaving doors windows unsecured,  you are vulnerable  and you are taking the risk of being targeted, when shopping don?t buy or carry out more shopping than you can handle, walking back to the car during dark hours carrying 20 shopping bags again only draws in unwanted attention. Ok so simple basic security knowledge that will help you overall, for more info on home security related issues feel free to drop in on my website www.securityconcerns.co.uk and view the home security section I have drafted up, its fresh on the web and I?m updating frequently, if you need security advice or should you need support, please feel free to contact me here in the forum or via e-mail at Security Concerns,  comments welcome.

 Stay Alert and Stay Safe.

Goodbye for now Ladies & Gents.

When you are going to be away for an extended period of time, make your home look occupied. Use plug-in timers on lamps or television sets and set them to come on at random times. Have friends or neighbors pick up mail and newspapers, or have those services suspended until you return. Adjust your telephone ringer volume to quiet, or set your voicemail to answer automatically.

Great Information.Home security systems are very important to secure your home and properties. It is also important to check on your door and window locks if it still secured. Also, check once in awhile all your door locks and window locks and replace or fix those with damages

Great information you have shared here. It's important to make sure that we are in safe in our home. Passive security systems subtly monitor the homes to give the feeling of safety.Motion detectors, wireless Home Security Systems,Access doors , Hidden cctv's are some home security products.
